Do I have to pay to see jobs or to apply?
No. With a free account you can see every job on ArrowLancer and apply to as many as you want, directly with the company. That stays free. Premium Alerts is an optional upgrade that sends matching roles to you instead of you searching for them.
What do I get with Premium Alerts that I don't get for free?
The free plan shows you every job and a preview of your top matches. Premium Alerts unlocks the full details of every match with a short reason why it fits your CV, keeps adding new matches as new jobs arrive, and emails you when there are new ones. It needs a CV on your profile.
What does "Featured Job Post" actually mean?
When you publish a job as Featured, it stays pinned at the top of arrowlancer.com/jobs for 30 days and gets a Featured badge that makes it stand out from crawled listings.
When am I charged?
Featured Job Post and Match Sweep are one-time payments at checkout. Premium Alerts is billed monthly (€9) or yearly (€90), depending on the plan you pick, and renews until you cancel. There is no long-term contract.
How much does each product cost?
Browsing and applying to jobs is free. Premium Alerts is €9/month or €90/year (2 months free) and auto-renews until you cancel. Match Sweep is €14.99 one-off. Featured Job Post is €99 per 30-day listing. Talent Search launches at €99/month (Starter) and €299/month (Growth).
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel Premium Alerts any time from the matches page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Featured Job Posts get a full refund within 7 days if no candidates have viewed the listing. Our Refund Policy has the full terms, including renewals and annual plans.
Do you support visa sponsorship for talent who use the platform?
ArrowLancer is the platform — we don't sponsor visas ourselves. We help you find Dutch employers who do, and mark the roles likely to sponsor with a visa badge. Always confirm your own situation with the IND.
